Personal:



I was born in the west Arsi Zone, in a Worada called Dodola, in Kebele Ganata.  It is a rural area.

I won the Dangamba Elementary School Athletics Competition. This gave me morale to be the best athlete and start training.

My goal in life is to be a famous athlete like Tirunesh Dibaba.

After athletics I hope to be a government leader.
